Levels of resistance and vulnerability vary, but they are both important to understand for each unique individual. Whatever you bring to therapy, that is where I will meet you. I am here for who you are, and to meet you where you are at.

This perspective speaks to my eclectic role as a therapist. I analyze a client and use the research and knowledge I have to apply the best theory or approach to help my client. I focus on what the client's goals are and how to help them reach their goals in a healthy way. I work via telehealth through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Currently I do take Health Alliance and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (not community based/medical card).
I am taking client's as private pay at a rate of 175 per session. Please do not hesitate to ask me, or other practices, about a prorate or a sliding scale. Everyone has a different financial situation and ethically, it is a counselor's duty to take that into consideration.​

Consultation or Supervision Services
I can work with licensed professional counselors who need supervision for their next license. I can also work with clinicians that need expert consultation.
Individual Therapy
I meet with clients for 50-55 minute sessions. There are times where we can incorporate marriage and/or family counseling into a client's treatment plan.

I have been able to work with the parents and schools in order to see children at school via telehealth. This works for some, and not for others. Find what works for you!
Workshop or Training Services
I can travel to your facility to provide a staff training or workshop geared towards mental health topics. I provide an open atmosphere where people feel comfortable asking questions and engaging.
